Michele Wells is an experienced Consultant with a particular interest in employment law and employment disputes. Qualified to post-graduate level Michele is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management. Michele is also NEBOSH qualified with over 15 years experience of health & safety.

Lesley Carter started her career in the catering industry organising company hospitality events, before spending 10 years working overseas in Hong Kong and Paris planning and setting up trade exhibitions. On her return to the UK in 2000 she decided to turn a growing interest in health and safety into a new career. Lesley has been working full time in Health and Safety since 2006, is NEBOSH qualified and an associate member of the IIRSM.
