What are the benefits of using a consultant?
Whether it is health and safety or employment law and advice, we provide independent, objective advice and guidance based on qualification and experience.
We will not tell you what you want to hear but we will tell you what you need to know in order to make fully informed decisions about your business.
We pride ourselves on our very personal service and will work closely with you ensuring that you understand why things are being done and that all your business needs are met.
What is this service going to cost me?
Not as much as you may think!!
We will work within your budgetary constraints and tailor-make a package to suit your needs and your 'pocket'.
The cost of the service depends on what you want; there are no hidden costs and we can quote for a 'one-off' piece of work or an annual contract. We may not be the cheapest but quality always costs a little more.
Why do I need to use a consultancy?
Quite often businesses, especially small or medium sized, do not have the in-house resources to deal with complex employment issues or spend a large volume of their time managing health and safety systems. A large number of companies are now appointing consultants to manage these systems for them which leaves them free to get on with more important things, like managing their businesses.
Why should I choose C-All?
Read the testimonials from some of our clients and then ring us. Check us out to see if we live up to your expectations - what have you got to lose?
Why should I use a consultant when I can just recruit another person?
Unless you are a large company, quite often there is not a genuine business need to justify recruiting another person. They would also need to be appropriately qualified and experienced to set up the management systems and that could mean paying out a large salary.
By using a consultant you can decide exactly which 'bits' you want to prioritise and spread the costs over a longer period of time. You also do not have additional salary costs such as employers national insurance, pensions, holidays, sickness absence etc. When the work is done and you feel you no longer need us, there is less risk of being taken to a tribunal for not following the correct procedure!!!
